[교류협력 기관명] 일본 공기조화위생공학회 (SHASE, The Society of Heating, Air-Conditioning and Sanitary Engineers of Japan) [MOU 주요 내용] 1. Member Activity(회원 활동) 1.1 member of one society can attend at conferences and general meeting of the other society on the same basis as members of the other society. 1.1 한 학회의 구성원은 타 학회의 구성원과 동일한 위치로 타 학회의 회의 및 총회에 참석할 수 있다. 1.2 All publications are available to member of the other Society at member rates. 1.2 모든 간행물은 다른 학회 회원에게 회원 등급으로 제공된다. 1.3 Member of one Society can apply for the membership to the other Society without formal references and application fee if their memberships are certified by the Chief Staff Officer of one Society. Members of one Society are registered as members of the other Society by paying the designated member fee to the Society. 1.3 한 학회 구성원은 다른 학회의 총무이사가 회원 자격을 증명 한 경우 공식 레퍼런스 및 신청 수수료없이 다른 학회에 회원 자격을 신청할 수 있다. 한 학회 구성원은 지정 회 비를 학회에 지불하면 그 학회의 회원으로 등록된다. 2. Society Activities(학회 활동) 2.1 Each Society informs the announcements of conference programs and interesting news to the other Society mutually. In addition both Societies exchange their technical publications, such as periodicals, handbooks and books. 2.1 각 학회는 컨퍼런스 프로그램에 대한 공지와 새로운 소식을 다른 학회에 서로 공지한다. 또한 양 학회는 정기 간행물, 핸드북 및 서적과 같은 기술 서적을 교환한다. 2.2 Each Society may translate and/or republish journals, transactions and standards of the other, in its journals, transactions and standards, provided that appropriate credits are given to the authors and the source. 2.2 각 학회는 저자들과 출처에 대한 적절한 크레딧이 제공되는 경우 타 학회의 저널, 트랜잭션 및 표준을 번역 및/또는 재발행할 수 있다. 2.3 Each Society may translate and/or republish the technical publications other than specified in Article 2.2 of the other Society, provided that the prior written permission is obtained and the right of copy is protected. 2.3 각 학회는 사전 서면 허가를 받고 사본의 권리가 보호되는 경우, 다른 학회의 제2.2조에 명시되지 않은 기술 간행물을 번역 및/또는 재발행할 수 있다. 2.4 Each Society shall encourage its technical divisions to involve the related divisions of the other Society in international events. In the case of planning joint conferences or symposiums, both Societies deliberate fully from the early planning stage of the events. 2.4 각 학회의 기술 위원회는 국제 행사에 다른 학회의 관련 부서를 참여시키도록 권장해야 한다. 공동 회의나 심포지엄을 계획하는 경우, 양 학회는 행사의 초기 계획 단계부터 협력한다. 3. Review, Amendment and Termination(검토, 수정 및 종료) 3.1 This agreement will become valid after it has been duly approved by the governing bodies of the Societies and signed by authorized officers of both Societies. 3.1 이 협정은 학회의 이사회로부터 승인되고 양 학회의 대표자들이 서명된 후에 효력이 발생된다. 3.2 The agreement has a fixed duration of three years. 3.2 협정은 3년간 유효하다. 3.3 After expiring, the agreement will automatically prolong itself by another three years if not terminated by either Society with a written notice six months prior to the date of expiration. 3.3 기간 만료 후 만료일 6 개월 전에 서면 통보없이 어느 한 학회에 의해 파기되지 않으면 협정은 자동으로 3년 연장된다. 3.4 Amendments to the agreement may be made at any time, but need to be mutually confirmed in written form by both Societies. 3.5 협정의 개정은 언제든지 가능하나 양 학회에 서면으로 상호 확인되어야한다. |
